Syntax

ClusterBesagNewell (SimpleFeatureCollection popFeatures, Expression popField, SimpleFeatureCollection caseFeatures, Expression caseField, Integer neighbours, FitnessFunctionType functionType, Double threshold): SimpleFeatureCollection, GridCoverage2D
